Constant Hall is home to Old Dominion University's business programs, and also hosts some general education courses.

The building was originally named Chandler Hall, but was changed to Constant Hall in the early 1990s after a substantial donation from the Constant family.

Constant Hall dates back to about 1962 and featured a horseshoe shape with a small lecture hall in the center. In 2000, an extensive renovation began. The building was gutted, removing all walls, and keeping only the floors, roof, and support columns. The building was then rebuilt and expanded from its original footprint, including the filling in of the center of the horseshoe with additional classrooms, lobbies, and lecture halls. Up until the renovation, Constant Hall was one of the oldest continuously-used buildings on the ODU campus.
