Webb Center serves as the student union center at Old Dominion University. The massive structure is home to two food courts, including such national names as Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, Quizno's, Starbucks, and Freshëns. The university's bookstore is also located here, as is the career center, a computer lab, a lounge/arcade, quiet study areas, and various small shops. The Webb Center also has a number of conference rooms.

Virtually all student organizations are headquartered here as well, including radio station WODU, student newspaper The Mace & Crown, the school yearbook, and Greek life organizations.

Webb Center opened its doors in 1966 and underwent a substantial renovation and expansion in the early 1990s. The building is named for Louis Webb, a former university president.
