The Presbyterian Church of Moulvi Bazar was founded by Rev. John Penguen Jones in the early 19th century.It is located on the southern end of the city popularly known as "Christian Mission Compound" to the locals. There are approximately 10,000 members belonging to the parish compraising of the Bengali,Khasi & Garu community.
