Municipal Ecological Center (MEC) "Water House".
The house was built by the merchant Dimo Raynov around 1880, after the great fire that devastated the center of Sliven during the Liberation War. It has a unique architecture, with a roof of asymmetrical rocker, one of a kind in our lands.
For many years one of the heirs of the owner, Teodora Hadjidimitrova - a famous Sliven artist and public figure, lived in it.
