Champion Springs first broke ground in 1995, with a new section that broke ground in 2007. It contains houses from 150's to the 180's. The front of the subdivision is designed with a park contained a huge duck pond, life guard attended olympic sized pool and several picnic areas with trees. Gorgeous!
