  • This is still an awesome ride. In the last rise you come up in the middle of the lake.
  • Actually, it was not the first steel tracked coaster in the world. There were steel I-beam coasters that opened in the 1950's in Japan, and the first tubular steel coaster was in 1959, the Matterhorn at Disneyland, in Anaheim, CA.
