Kounovske Rady (Kounov Lines)

A megalitic field similar to the ones in Carnac (Bretagne)was dislosed in 1934, dated approximately to the 8th century BC. There are 14 stone lines about 400 meters lenght with the more of 2500 stones with the heftiness from 0,5 to 8 tons.
The stone lines are situated practically in parallels with the distance with one to another from 6 - to 30 m, passed off the north to south. The lines has been arteficial, the stones are of quartzite composition, when the ground originates from arenaceous marl. Unknown people of unknown culture made these lines and surrounding rests of them as well as some menhirs and rest of small stone ring with diameter about 5 m.
