Former Section 4 of Mecanica Ceahlau factory. The factory continues production at the main section, on Dumbravei St, No 6.
The factory was established in 1921 by the industrialist Socrat Lalu, repairing coaches, locomotive injectors and iron casting.
The production of agricultural machinery begins in 1953 and is gradually becoming the main activity of the company.
In 1999 Mecanica Ceahlau became a privately owned company and entered a new stage of modernization and adaptation to market demands.

  • Aceasta a fost sectia 4 a fabricii dupa cum spune si placuta galbena de la intrare...asta pana in 1997-8 cand aici s-a oprit activitatea.Aici era si o cale ferata uzinala care a fost acoperita la o asfaltere recenta.Pe locul fostei fabrici acum este o autogara particulara
