residence, LIGC - Long Island Gold Coast

Residence designed c. 1928 in the Colonial Revival style on 4 acres of land by Roger H. Bullard of the firm of Goodwin, Bullard & Woolsey for Edward Jordan Dimock {attorney}. Dimock served as a member of the law firm of Hawkings, Delafield & Longfelow. He also was appointed to federal judge of the United States Southern District Court under Harry Truman. He had lived prior at South Parsons Avenue, Flushing. The 15-room residence designed by Bullard was built on land from the former "Sherryland" estate nearby in combination with Bullard's own residence and William Everdell's. The estate was purchased in 1945 by Mrs. Henry Worthington Bull upon Dimock's relocation to Washington, D.C.

The estate is now adaptively used by the Greater New York Conference of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
