The Memorial Auditorium is one of two venues that form the Sacramento Convention Center. For many years the auditorium was closed and lay in a state of disrepair until it was renovated in the early 1990s. Since the auditorium reopened, it has hosted a number of events, including the inauguration of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
