Morterm, (formerly Morton Terminal) occupies 92 acs. and provides a range of material handling services including stevedoring, steel storage and handling, warehousing in 4 buildings with a total area of 155,000 sq. ft., bulk products and transhipment operations for steel and other industrial products. The site features working berths dredged to a depth of 26 ft. 6 in., 50 acs. of outdoor storage, rail service (Essex Terminal Railway)and cranage capacity of up to 400 tonnes.
