Opened in 1967 Dainty remains Canada's only full service rice mill, processing more than 120 million pounds of rice annually.

In addition to producing a wide range of rice products, the company mills rice for flour which it sells to various processors for making cereals and baby food. It also supplies bulk rice to hospitals, schools, restaurants and nursing homes.
