Sienna Plantation is a census-designated place and master-planned community located mostly within the city of Missouri City in Fort Bend County, Texas. The population was 1,896 at the 2000 census.

During the 1970s developer Larry Johnson found 10,500 acres of partially-wooded land in eastern Fort Bend County and envisioned a master planned community there, although at the time, few businesses existed on Texas State Highway 6 between Alvin and Sugar Land. The project stalled during the economic meltdown of the 1980s, but he developer refocused his efforts in 1994; by 2009 5,000 of the 5,200 houses in Sienna Plantation were occupied.

The community has lakes, parks, trees, and a trail along 4 miles of the frontage of the Brazos River. It also has a 160-acre sports complex, an 18-hole championship golf course, recreational centers, and water parks. The recreational centers include an amphitheater and a fitness room.

Sienna Plantation is served by the Fort Bend Independent School District. A satellite campus of the Houston Community College System is located near the community's entrance.
