Formerly Boca East and Eden, the complex went through redevelopment by the Ceebraid-Signal Corporation. After the 2005 Hurricane Season, developers ran out of money keeping construction to a standstill. As of July, 2009, Pearl hasn't been completed, although it is about 10% occupied with residents.
