Oregon Creek Covered Bridge

This historic covered bridge is now closed to vehicle traffic. It was constructed in 1860 further up the creek. Interestingly a flood lifted the bridge and carried it several hundred feet down stream. In the process the bridge rotated - thus what was the east end of the bridge is now the west! Sturdy construction for sure!
