5-story office building completed in 1915. Designed by Sloan & Kilgour, it is clad in brown brick with several areas of beige replacement brick. The ground floor facing the avenue has a metal-and-glass storefront that also extends across the east half of the north facade on 57th Street; this storefront projects out past the building line and has a sloped, dark-red canvas awning roof. To the west is a section of black-painted stone and brick, within which is set the main entrance, up two small steps, with recessed glass-and-metal double-doors and a transom in a white stone surround with a cornice. The west end of the ground floor has a small storefront of green-painted brick and stone, with a double-window and a door atop three small steps.

The upper floors are organized into five bays of three windows each on the north facade, while the narrow east facade has a center bay of double-windows and single-window end bays. Several of the piers on the north facade have cables or conduits running up them, connecting to cell clusters on the roof. A black metal fire escape runs down the center bay, and the facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Prestige Cafe & Deli, and Pizza Shack, with Audrey Signs on the 2nd floor.
