187-foot, 21-story modernist hotel completed in 2004. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is set far back from the sidewalk and the facade is clad in light-grey pre-cast concrete. The ground floor is faced in black stone and grey tile, with a pair of restaurant storefronts on either side of the central main entrance, which has glass-and-steel sliding doors. A metal-and-glass canopy extends out from the doorway to the sidewalk, between patio seating areas.

The upper floors have four bays of almost square openings with off-set double-windows (with narrow inner panes at the two middle bays and narrow outer panes at the end bays). Metal air-conditioning vents are located below the wider pane at each window. At the 16th-18th floors there is a projecting blue square at the middle two bays that has a curved, wavy front extending out farther on the west side. The middle-bay windows are recessed deep into this projecting shape on these three floors. The 21st floor is set back from the 20th floor.

The restaurant space on the ground floor is occupied by The Rose. The hotel contains 155 guest rooms.
