  • Slated for redevelopment into a mixed use complex. Prior to City Hall East, which was inagurated in the 1990's, it had been a Sears warehouse before. Additionally, before the Sears building was built, it was the site of Ponce Springs which was capped off & can be found in the basement.
  • Updated name to Ponce City Market, which is the current name of the development which is slated to become condos, offices and retail.
