Malmö Arena is a multi-use indoor arena in Hyllie, Malmö, Sweden. It was designed by MM Matsson Konsult AB, Pöyry Architects, and Wingårdh arkitektkontor and cost 750,000,000 kronor to construct from January 2007 to November 2008. The arena has a seating capacity of 13,000 with 72 luxury boxes. It has a total floor area of 51,000 sq m (550,000 sq ft).
Malmö Arena is the current home arena for Malmö Redhawks (an ice hockey team). It hosted the 2011 World Men's Handball Championship (22 matches, including the final), and in 2013 the Eurovision Song Contest. It has also hosted concerts and other musical events.
