Historic stable designed by Arthur Brown Jr. -- who also designed Coit Tower and San Francisco City Hall -- for the Folger family in 1904. The stable and surrounding property was sold by Peter Folger in 1954 to Martin Wunderlich, who in turn sold the property to the County of San Mateo in 1974. Other associated buildings include the former carriage house, blacksmith barn, dairy house, period stone walls, and Simon Jones' (a former property owner) "cold house".
