This is the location of 201 17th Street, an office tower in Atlantic Station. It was originally to be called One Market Street, but 17th Street won out as the major address. 201 was built as a spec office tower, and was designed by architecture firm Perkins+Will, located down the street at 17th Street and Peachtree Street. The building's defining feature is the roof terrace on the top floor.
