A large luxury shopping center with the likes of Tom Ford, Dior, Hermes, and other big-name designers. Of course, a big portion of the space has yet to be built out due to lack of tenant interest and several high-end retailers have already left.

  • In the 80s up through the mid-90s, this was THE spot to hang out at night. A lot of good bars, cheap drinks, good restaraunts, good food (Also relatively cheap), and a steady, massive foot traffic of college kids and 20-somethings trying to score with the college kids. It was a lot of fun, all dead now it would appear.
  • All of those once kinetic weekend hotspots are now relegated to a huge landfill some where. They have been replaced by a huge hole in the ground. traffic has improved...
  • some boneheaded developer thought it would be a good idea to tear everything with any historic meaning down, then leave some pretty dirt and cranes around for everyone to look at for a few years, maybe indefinitely
