A joint venture between AIG Baker Development, L.L.C. and McClinton & Company, Inc., is a new 900,000 sf lifestyle center located at the intersection of Exit 179 on Interstate 65 and Hwy 14 (Cobbs Ford Road) in Prattville, Alabama, across the river from the thriving capital city of Montgomery. This intersection serves as the primary retail hub for Prattville and Millbrook with traffic counts exceeding 95,000 on Interstate 65 and over 1.3 million square feet of new retail development.

Anchor brands such as Belk, Bass Pro Shops, JCPenney, Best Buy and Publix are already calling High Point Town Center home. High Point Town Center will offer retailers ideal access and visibility to a rapidly growing, underserved trade area. Bass Pro Shops’ initial estimates show they will attract over 4 million visitors per year with an average stay of two hours. In addition, Prattville is home to Capitol Hill, featuring 378 holes, it is the eighth and newest addition to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, the largest golf course construction project in the world.
