  • The GT Bookstore and 5th street shops are east of Spring Street and are owned by Tech.
  • Georgia Tech has made several purchases outside of its traditional boundaries lately and intends to spread further. In fact, the GSU Village is now North Avenue Apartments as of late this year, further expanding Tech's grasp.

  • Technology Square is east of Spring Street. That's where the management majors (aka - engineering drop-outs) attend class when they feel like it.
  • Actually Rachel, the North Avenue Apartments are where the old Techwood Dorms used to be before 1994. They belonged to Tech then. Georgia State's use of the land was only temporary
