The church was built in years 1912-1913 by design of architect Antonin Müller (owner of Loos villa in Prague) from concrete on the style of late secession or jugendstyle as a triple nave basilica 55,27 m long. Nationalwide cultural monument. Together with the monastery create very important architectonic complex in the Plzen city.
