100 Pine Center is at the northwest corner of Pine Street and Front Street in San Francisco's Financial District. The building is 476 feet (145 m) tall and has 33 floors, with 402,500 sq ft of rentable office space and a 130-car garage.
Completed in 1972 as headquarters of the Continental Insurance Company, the building is among the earlier of San Francisco's modern skyscrapers. The upper floors have outstanding views of San Francisco Bay.
