For many years, this building was home to Sega of America, which marketed Sega's products in North America. During the 1990s, Sega thrived with both software hits (Sonic the Hedgehog) and hardware (Dreamcast, Genesis). However, in 2001, hardware ended and eventually Sega moved out in the early 2010s. It later became home to Zynga, makers of FarmVille and other "games". Zynga is still located at the location but is looking to move out.
