The Mickey Leland Federal Building is a 22-story office building in downtown Houston, Texas.

Opened in 1983, it is named in honor of George "Mickey" Leland, a former U.S. Representative whose district included downtown Houston, and houses local offices of many federal agencies, including the U.S. Passport Agency.
