The Mokran (Magnolia House) is under the direction of the Central Committee, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is an international guest house, in one part, and has a facility to host state receptions or visiting foreign leaders and delegations, as well as formal dinners for leaders of the government of the DPRK.
