Built in 1902 by A. A. Ostrogradsky
Built for the private gynecologic institute of doctor F.A. Aleksandrov. The building is more similar to that of a private residence, however, the doctor rented out two of three floors.

During the events of 1905 an emergency station for wounded combatants and passers-by was located here.
