The Boiler House at the former Pabst Brewery complex was originally built in 1882, but an explosion demolished much of the building in 1909. It was rebuilt the same year.
This building was sold by the brewery's re-development corporation in late 2007. The purchaser was Inland Companies Inc., a local real-estate company that plans to convert the building into office and retail space.
