The Brew House at the former Pabst Brewery complex was built in 1877. It was one of the few buildings to survive the fire that almost completely destroyed the brewery in 1879. It's the only remaining pre-1880 building at the site.
The interior has a four-story atrium capped with a skylight. Six large brewing kettles remain in the building.
