The peak is located about 3 km in the west-southwest direction from the town of Malko Tarnovo and about 1 km north of the state border of Bulgaria with Turkey. It is a forested and steep peak with a panoramic view to the south towards the peak of the mountain, Golyama Mahiada Peak.
