The St. James is a residential skyscraper at Washington Square West in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It has a height of 498 ft (152 m) and 47 floors. The modern-style skyscraper incorporates three rowhouses (York Row) and a former headquarters of the Philadelphia Savings Fund Society, which was restored and converted into office and restaurant space. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates and Bower Lewis Thrower, it was constructed from 2001 to 2004 at a cost of US$80,000,000. The skyscraper is made out of glass and concrete, and its facade is split between a curved wall, a squared-off wing, and a strip of blue glass that separates them.

The St. James, with a floor area of 415,790 sq ft (39,000 sq m) has 306 apartment units, each of which has a balcony with the exception of the studio units. A parking garage is on the first 11 floors. The 12th floor has a health club and a swimming pool. It also has street-level retail. A private courtyard is on the site of the demolished portion of the PSFS Headquarters.
