This facility houses the Delaware City Library, Senior Center and Youth Center. It formerly served as the "Delaware City School" which housed first K-12, then later just an elementary school (K-3 only). This school was closed and combined with Commodore McDonough School (St. Georges, DE) to form Southern Elementary in 2001.
