Stern, it contains a 185-room Four Seasons Hotel on the first 23 floors, with an entrance and lobby on Barclay Street, topped by 157 condominium units with their own private entrance on Park Place. The slender tower is clad in limestone, rising above a 4-story base with chamfered corners on the northwest and southwest sides. At the top of the tower are 11 penthouses with outdoor terraces.
