Brownstone building most identifiable by the lion statues and massive double columns flanking the entrance steps. Built in 1870, it is one of the only original buildings in Pittsburgh's old financial district that is still used as a bank. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

In addition to banking functions, their Fourth Avenue location contains displays of vintage banking machines, Dollar Bank advertising through the decades, oil portraits and photographs of the Bank's officers and Trustees, and hand-written ledgers featuring the original signatures of some of the Dollar Bank's early depositors.
