Originally featuring a large AMC Cinema (AMC Downtown Disney 12) and several restaurants and offices, this building closed for the construction of a new luxury hotel. The hotel project was cancelled, but the theater structure was still demolished.

On the west side were additional shops and restaurants. Closest to the northwest corner was originally Compass Books & Café (from 2001 to 2012) and later Earl of Sandwich (2012 to 2018). To the immediate south of it was Walt Disney Travel Co. (travel agency for Disney services), Travelex (currency exchange), and an Alamo car rental service (in that order). At the front of the property (to the northeast) was a Starbucks. To the right of Starbucks was Disney Vacation Club Sales Center.
