Better known as "the tin gym". It was an indoor drill and recreation area made up of metal siding. The building stood were a grain tower once was. Many Junior School cadets fondly remember the building as a great place for organized dodge ball. A game played by some faculty members during the school holidays was trying to "hit the gym" with shotgun blasts while drunk at night. You knew you hit the target every time due to the sound of the pellets hitting the metal.
