All of the food is authentic Mexican style cuisine, prepared as the do in Baja and the western coast of Mexico. Try the tortilla soup, I promise it’s some of the best you’ll ever find. The enchiladas are absolutely fantastic, prepared most any way you can think of with whatever sauce you desire. The carnitas are never dry or greasy, always moist with a bit of spicy crispness here and there.
