183-foot, 13-story modernist education building completed in 1969. Designed by Slingerland & Booss, it houses Fordham University's several colleges and professional schools at Lincoln Center: the College of Lincoln Center, the College of Liberal Studies, The Graduate School of Business Administration, The Graduate School of Education, and the Graduate School of Social Service.

The building is situated atop a 1-story landscaped podium, with a concrete wall topped by a metal fence running along 60th Street. Above the podium, the 12-story building is clad in concrete and rises as a slab without setbacks. Numerous narrow window openings giving its north and south façades a grid-like appearance. The east and west facades have a single recessed bay of windows at the center, just to the north of projecting stairwell housings.
