The Littauer Estate is situated on 26 acres located on the northeast side of Split Rock Road, Oyster Bay Cove. In addition to the main house, part of which dates back to the 1680's, there is a caretaker's house, a barn/stable complex, a utility building, a chicken coop, an in-ground swimming pool, formal rose and Dutch gardens, three ponds, and many specimen trees. The Town will operate the property under a conservation easement agreement with the North Shore Land Alliance, which brought this property to the Town's attention.

  • Today, I added those four trophy images which I found through exensive research. V. S. Littauer was a Russian Ex-patriot who was an avid horseman and sponsored many horsemanship events and this was a trophy given at a Boots and Saddles event in September 1929. by Bobeppy
  • You should have Photo's of me my mother, father ,and sister there..... My Mother is the Eldest dauther of Richard Allen Bellois and my father helped to lay alot of the floor that I beleive has now been removed in the barns there, My sister being the first grandchild to hit the paths and I being the second.,
