Historic luxury hotel structure designed c. 1903 by G.W. & W.D. Hewitt as The Bellevue-Stratford. In 1976, the infamous Legionnaire's Disease outbreak occurred at the hotel, claiming the lives of 25 American Legion members and hospitalizing about 130 more.

Converted in 1989 to a mixed-use complex with retail on the lower levels and offices above, while the top seven floors operated as a hotel, The Bellevue Hotel. It was renovated again in 2024, with much of the office space converted to apartments, and the hotel now on floors 12-17.
