150-foot, 13-story Art-Deco cooperative-apartment building completed in 1932. Designed by Bien & Prince, it is clad in brown brick. The facade is six bays wide, with the main entrance in the second bay from the west. It has a steel-and-glass door, sidelights, and transom with a geometric pattern, set in a surround of polished black stone and covered by a rounded, black canvas canopy that extends out over the sidewalk. The other bays have casement windows at the ground floor, except for the east end bay, which has a service gate paired with a narrower window.

The upper floors have similar casement windows in the end bays and the two middle bays, most with protruding air-conditioning units. The other two bays have trios of quite narrow windows, especially the outer ones. Vertical triple-bands of darker brick connect each window between the floors, with quoins lining the outer bands in each trio.

The two middle bays and end bays set back above the 10th floor, with geometric parapets and railings. The other two bays have shallow projecting balconies of black stone at the 11th floor, angling slightly out towards the tops. The 11th & 12th floors at these bays have double-windows set in 2-story stone surrounds. There are brick quoins at the edges of these bays, and another setback above the 12th floor.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1980, with 98 apartments.
