4-story office building completed in 1917. It is clad in brown brick above a stone ground floor painted white on the west half and grey on the east. The 5th Avenue facade is three bays wide, while the south elevation on 32nd Street spans 11 bays. The main entrance is in the north bay on the avenue, remodeled with a glass door framed in grey granite and the number 319 above. A storefront fills the rest of the west facade, and the western part of the south facade. There are smaller commercial windows at the east end, and some service entrances in between.

The windows on the upper floors are framed in black iron and have stone sills; a continuous sill course runs below the top-floor windows. Continuous brick headers cross the tops of the windows at each floor. On the south elevation the 2nd floor alternates larger single-pane windows with the slightly-smaller multi-paned windows that match the other floors. The larger windows are topped by stone cornices with small brackets, interrupting the brick headers. A stone cornice crowns both main facades. The rear wall of the building on the east side is clad in the same brown brick (painted white at the ground floor), with two bays of openings at the front (with windows replaced by metal louvers on the 2nd & 3rd floors), and metal ducts running up the back end. The ground floor is occupied by Love Korean BBQ, and Baekjeong Korean BBQ.
