150-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1911. Designed by George F. Pelham, it has a 2-story base framed by rusticated limestone piers on grey granite plinths. There is a main entrance on the west and a service entrance on the east, with an aluminum-and-glass storefront in between. The 2nd floor has two wide middle bays and two narrower end bays ; the end bays are separated by paneled grey iron pilasters with Corinthian capitals; a simpler and smaller pilaster splits the two center bays. The base is capped by a modillioned cornice.
The 3rd floor, clad in limestone, has five bays of windows with full surrounds and elaborate keystones. The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick at the outer bays, with a central section of four windows per floor, divided by narrow, paneled iron pilasters. There are fluted metal spandrel bands between each floor at the middle section. The end bays have splayed stone lintels. Alternating floors have brackets stone sills or bracketed sill courses. Above the 10th floor is a dentiled cornice with paired console brackets and a large central cartouche.
The two top floors have paneled stone piers separating the five bays, and paneled spandrels. A simple roof parapet caps the facade. The east elevation is cement stuccoed, with three bays of windows; the west elevation is clad in brown brick with the front half outlined by keyed white brick. There is one bay of windows near the center and another at the rear. The ground floor is occupied by Wona Trading Inc.
