4-story Italianate office building completed in 1871 as a house. It became a boarding house in 1888, with a storefront installed in 1914. By 1922, the upper floors were occupied by lofts for light manufacturing. The current storefront was installed between 1981 and 1990. The facade is clad in red-painted brick, three bays wide. The segmental-arched windows have black stone brackets sills and decorative, black-painted, arched brick lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the western two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black pressed-metal roof cornice with dentils and a paneled frieze. The ground floor is occupied by Jhony USA Perfume & Colognes.
