6-story office building completed in 1868, renovated 2004. It is clad in light-colored stone above a white cast-iron base with simple columns. The upper floors have Corinthian columns supporting the central portion of each floor's cornice that is projected slightly forward. The windows are segmental-arched with keystones in the center, flanked by a round-arched window with keystone on the ends. A single rounded dormer rises up above the roof line, from where a black iron fire escape begins. The ground floor is occupied by Haus Alkire gallery.
