3-story commercial building completed in 1900. It is clad in tan brick with metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor, which is covered by a large canvas awning. The upper floors have three bays of large window openings with either tripartite or double-window configurations. Each has a green stone sill and its own angled awning. Above a bracketed green metal roof cornice, the east bay extends up for another level, with another tripartite window. The rest of the roof space features a glass-enclosed greenhouse.
