Tuaran Bypass
The Tuaran Bypass is one of the busiest highways in the city with a rough length of 8.2 km. It begins from the south at the Kolombong Intersection, goes pass Warisan & Kalansanan Village, goes straight on pass Darau Village, Rampayan Village, Sinaran Institute and finally meeting the old Tuaran Road at a T-intersection up north. It is rarely referred to as the new Tuaran Road, as it was built to bypass the old route via Menggatal.
It consists of two lanes in both directions, and several U-turns are available every few hundred metres down the road. Generally, this road is rather busy during rush hours. Every morning (on working days), southbound traffic would be heavy. From certain parts of the highway, there is a scenic view of the Kokol Hills on one side, while 1 Borneo and 1 Sulaman can be seen on the other.
